Control the Rinnai Tankless Water Heater from a smart phone or tablet to turn the system on/off, change the water temperature and monitor status. Rinnai's Wi-Fi module allows you to manage your Rinnai tankless water heater with proprietary smart connection technology while connected to your home wi-fi internet. The device is easily installed by your PRO.

The Control-r Wi-Fi module quickly connects using your local Wi-Fi network and with the free Rinnai Central mobile app, you can set up your tankless water heater temperature, activate recirculation control and scheduling patterns, and get real-time status and maintenance alerts.

Features

• When a WiFi module is connected to a tankless water heater with Smart-Circ Intelligent Recirculation, this feature will be disabled and recirculation will need to be set up in scheduled intervals or on demand use from your Rinnai Central mobile app.
• Module Compatibility - works with new and existing Rinnai Residential and Commercial Tankless Water Heaters (2006 and newer).
• Works with all Rinnai Tankless Water Heater models manufactured 2006 and newer (except RH180 Hybrid Tank-Tankless Water Heaters).
• The Lime Condition (LC) notification will not appear in the Control-R mobile app when the module is paired with the following series of Rinnai Tankless Water Heaters manufactured prior to 2009: VA, VB, KA and V53e.
• Attaches to side of water heater via magnetic enclosure (indoor models only) or mounts to an indoor wall with supplied mounting hardware.
• Pairs with only one Rinnai Tankless Water Heater.
• Included with purchase: Control-R Module with 5 feet (1.5 m) of wire for water heater connection, wall mounting hardware (2 anchors and 2 screws), and "Rinnai Control-R Wi-Fi Module Installation Manual."
