The seat made by Toto should not break so easily when you lean back on the toilet seat but that is a Toto problem. The delivery and fit from supply stop was excellent.

Worked perfectly, although manual was somewhat difficult to follow.

Leaned back and broke the lid on our washlet! Fortunately I found a replacement for just the lid at Supply Stop - as the washlet still works - came within just a few days, easy to install, perfect color, size, and fit! Don't lean back too far!!!
