Sadly, too slow and no communication.

I ordered on a weekend, so anticipated a Monday or Tuesday at latest processing date. I checked today on Tuesday, NOPE. Status : UNFULFILLED.

The item showed in stock, and their own shipping policy says most items are received in 2 to 3 days, so I emailed them as to what is the status. Too late now for my electricians and inspectors appointment. Unless the fulfillment center actually processed it, and they just have not updated their system status, it is too late.

I am rural with NO OTHER option. We cannot just run out to Walmart or their competitor and pick it up. WE need to be able to DEPEND on these online sellers to come through and if not communicate that to us IMMEDIATELY.

How do people not understand others DEPEND on them doing their job WELL? Going the extra mile really does not cost people anything.

The worse part is, I got NO communication. People this is ALL automated in online web systems, so not rocket science.

Sad. If you want to make money, you must work. It is so easy today with the internet, yet some fail. How?
