I chatted online with supply stop and asked if the model they sold had the timer as part of the pump or if it was separate (as shown in pic on website). I was assured it was a separate timer. Order. Received. WRONG.

Received the pump and it looks great but I have not receive the union connections yet so I’m unable to install the pump. I'll give you feed back after I receive the proper connections.

Your customer service representative - Adam H - was extraordinary. Our recirculation pump we purchased needed an additional item for installation. Unfortunately, it was out of stock. Instead of simply saying, sorry - Adam actually searched and found two other suppliers (competitors to YourSupply) that would possibly have it in STOCK. Smart move - the pump we purchased from you all was perfect, but needed an additional part and Adam solved a problem by helping find a small inexpensive connector - and earned the trust and appreciation of this customer!
