NIBCO 2009055HPC - 2" x 1-1/2" PCH200-2 BenchPressG Reducer - FTG x Press, Carbon Steel

NIBCO BenchPressG carbon steel fittings are available in 1/2” to 2” sizes and designed for use with Schedule 10 to 40 carbon steel pipe as defined by ASTM A53, A106, A135 and A795. NIBCO BenchPressG fittings allow fast and economical installation of residential, commercial, and industrial carbon steel piping systems.

A permanent and secure connection is provided by the stainless steel grip ring housed inside a corrosion resistant zinc-nickel coated carbon steel fitting. The black EPDM sealing element provides a permanent leak-proof connection. NIBCO’s leak detect design provides quick and easy identification of unpressed connections.

Applications

BenchPressG fittings are specifically made for gas applications and are usually designed for use with steel pipes or stainless steel pipes.
These fittings are often used in natural gas, propane, or other gas distribution systems.
They are designed to comply with the stricter standards required for gas installations, ensuring durability and safety.
